Sithembile (Stem) Mahlatini, Ed.D, LICSW is a certified critical incident and employee assistance professional involved in assisting organizations and individuals, cope with critical incident situations involving suicide, accidental/unexpected deaths, abuse, robberies, and other traumatic incidents that impinge on day to day work. She is also a licensed psychotherapist, certified career and life coach.
Dr. Stem Mahlatini is the President and Owner of Global Coaching & Consulting Services in Swampscott Massachusetts where she provides individual group psychotherapy, business consulting and training services as well as telephone, email and face to face grief coaching. In addition, she provides workplace workshops, retreats and trainings to local and international organizations.
